                                         Terms and Conditions for Andamans' Travel Agency


Welcome to Andamans' Travel Agency! We are committed to providing our customers with unforgettable travel experiences to the beautiful Andaman Islands. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, we ask that you please read and understand our Terms and Conditions before booking your trip with us.


By booking a tour, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:



1. Booking and Reservation


1.1. Reservation Process: All bookings can be made through our website, email, or via phone. A booking is considered confirmed only when a deposit or full payment is received, and you have received a confirmation email or invoice.


1.2. Advance Booking: We recommend making reservations at least 30 days in advance, especially during peak seasons (December to February), to ensure availability.


1.3. Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer or UPI. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking for confirmation, the balance due on the day of arrival.


1.4. Booking Modifications: Any changes to the original booking, such as dates, passenger details, or itinerary, must be requested in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


1.5. Cancellation Policy:  

- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund of the deposit.

- 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund available.

2. Customer Responsibilities


2.1. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have all necessary documents for travel, including valid passports, visas (if applicable), and other identification required for entry to the Andaman Islands.


2.2. Health and Fitness: Customers should ensure they are in good health and able to participate in the activities included in the tour. If you have any medical conditions or require special assistance, please inform us prior to booking.


2.3. Behavior: Customers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards fellow travelers, local communities, and the environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour, with no refund.

3. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions


3.1. Inclusions: Each package may include accommodations, meals, transportation, sightseeing, and activities as specified in the tour itinerary. Specific inclusions will be detailed in your booking confirmation.


3.2. Exclusions: Items not included in the tour package may include personal expenses, insurance, tips, optional activities, alcohol, and anything not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.


3.3. Itinerary Changes: While we strive to provide the itinerary as outlined, there may be occasions when we need to modify or alter the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government regulations, or natural disasters. We will inform you of any significant changes at the earliest possible time.

4. Travel Insurance


4.1. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events. Travel insurance is not included in your tour package and must be purchased separately.

5. Liability and Disclaimers


5.1. Force Majeure: Andamans' Travel Agency is not responsible for any failure to provide services or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5.2. Liability Waiver: By booking with us, you acknowledge that some activities during the tour may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to water sports, trekking, or outdoor adventures. Customers voluntarily accept these risks and agree to waive any claims against Andamans' Travel Agency, its staff, and affiliates.


5.3. Property Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the property of Andamans' Travel Agency, local businesses, or third-party vendors during the tour due to your actions.

6. Tour Guide and Staff


6.1. Conduct of Tour Guides: Our professional tour guides will provide you with detailed information and ensure your safety during the tour. However, their advice is not to be considered as a substitute for your own judgment, especially in matters of health, safety, or risk.


6.2. Language: Our guides primarily communicate in English and Hindi. If you require services in another language, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Privacy and Data Protection


7.1. Personal Information: We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will only be used for the purpose of processing your booking, communicating important details regarding your trip, and for improving our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.


7.2. Photography and Media: Andamans' Travel Agency may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By booking with us, you consent to the use of such images or footage unless you request otherwise.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


8.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Port Blair, Andaman Islands.


8.2. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation. If resolution is not possible, the dispute will be settled through arbitration under the laws of India.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

Andamans' Travel Agency reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to customers in writing and will apply to bookings made after the date of the amendment.
